At that point, it would just be Fantasyland 2.0 around a giant lake, I think the studios should have different IPs that wouldn't necessarily fit into a castle park, like Pandora.

The fact that DLP still doesn't have a Beauty and the Beast dark ride yet is crazy to me. I liked Tony Baxter's original idea for an attraction at DLP, which would be a modern take on the Enchanted Tiki Room (only in Beast's castle) but I think a dark ride would be better.

Disney has been very coaster heavy lately, in regards to adding new attractions, and quite frankly they're just not good at it. They will never build a true thrill coaster, because they want to be "more family friendly", and they give us Tron, arguably the most boring launch coaster out there...

This is true, in the sense that closing something as universally loved and popular as Splash is something that would be unthinkable five or ten years ago.

I wouldn't disagree with you... but I don't believe Animal Kingdom has that luxury of just leaving spaces open for "future development", it's not like there is an overabundance of rides at the park.
