Also, I believe last year they stopped traffic on all lots and opened them one by one to let the traffic out. Not sure if that's what they did this year but that's how it went last year.

Last year I made the mistake of parking in the Epcot lot. We didn't move for two hours. It has definitely been just as bad in prior years.

It's a fun vibe though. I love seeing the CMs dancing, singing and having a great time. It's definitely a different atmosphere than usual but it's a great time.

I like being in the MK on Christmas. If not just to thank every CM I see for working on Christmas so the ungrateful crowds can have their vacation.

Capcity rides could definitely help but the other parks are in dire need. TLC in the other 3 parks would also help to spread the crowd and hopefully give the Kingdom some breathing room. As for SW and Avatar, I'm slightly worried they will suffer from similar issues to Diagon Alley. It's hard...

Just another quick update. Went to AK around noon and they were enforcing the passholder only entrance. Touch point was empty and we essentially walked right in. AK seems to be the only park consistently enforcing this and it's working great in that park.

Wish I could say the same for my own experiences.

Thanks for the follow up. I think the main thing we can gather from these experiences is that it's hit or miss. Not enough commitment to the idea in my opinion.

The back two are much more difficult to spot from ground level. Clear as day from the People Mover though.

There are still 4 tents. All are currently empty.

Disney Springs is packed though, not sure if people are actually shopping or walking around. Side note, Blaze Pizza is incredible. Highly recommend it.
