It doesn't make sense to add the express pass to that price because it gets you onto every single ride. FP+ gives you 3 guaranteed attractions and whatever is leftover that day after that. If adding an extra $100 to the ticket price is "more comparable" to you then I don't know what to say.

I used the line for all of December and early January and only AK was reinforcing the AP from what I saw. It's clear that the issue is consistency.

Enforcing it can simply be audibly letting the guests know that it is for annual pass holders only. No one is suggesting arguing with anyone. Simply letting people know that it is meant for annual pass holders only would defer a significant amount of people.

I agree about cost, however I still think value can have objectivity to it. There are fall off points where something is no longer a value no matter how you justify it. Paying $1000 for a McDonalds cheeseburger and claiming it was a value to you because you thoroughly enjoyed it does not...

Phew, thats good to hear. I was worried for a second. Good thing your single experience translates to everyone that visits WDW. Disney must care so much about their guests to ensure that everyone at the WDW Resort receives the exact same experience and treatment that you get on your trips...

It's quite sad that nothing has opened at WDW in the last decade that made me genuinely say "Wow, that was incredible" after riding/seeing it. We'll see what Pandora, SWL and Rivers of Lite have in store...

Perhaps, but some folks around here(who I won't name) lead me to believe there is always someone willing to pay an exorbitant Disney price for alleged "premium" experiences. People like to feel like special snowflakes, regardless of how many hands they need to let into their pockets to do so.
