Yes as expected it's been a cluster this morning. In my Starcruiser FB group I'm hearing 2 hour waiting times only to be transferred to someone else. WOW talk about unprepared. Disney is screwing the pooch on this one.

NO OFFENSE to training, but how hard is it to... 1. Answer the phone 2. Ask what date range they want 3. Ask early or late dinner seating 4. Book it.

not splitting hairs - its not a hotel - ask Disney. People have expectations different between a hotel and cruise. This is supposed to be a cruise in space. If you can't play along fine, but at least call it a cruise, not a hotel.

no, not "right next to" and there is no walking - its back stage to GE so that will not be happening. Top is the Galactic Starcruiser, bottom is Galaxy's Edge.

The new EPCOT "Space 220" restaurant elevator looks to be a similar experience to the upcoming Halcyon pods that will take guests up to the Galactic Starcruiser.
