Dumb question....the photos show booths open with cast working them...was that just training today?

I've been there on Weekend nights before and actually thought how this would not be a time to have kids in the park...seriously. The center walk area that starts the World Showcase was filled with drunk people and it felt a lot like a college frat party. I agree...weeknights are best.

I agree, but wow...drive that perimeter with no speed bumps...its real easy to get up to 30-40mph. lol

Just a thought...they repaved the Studios parking and I noticed they removed the speed bumps on the perimeter. This could be the reason for the temporary increase in speeding there. If they have since replaced the speed bumps, disregard this.

They should sit outside of Epcot this weekend (food/wine opening). Stop all the overly beveraged people from driving home.

Exactly! 100% wrong! I got a speeding ticket in one of their speed traps right near Coronado Springs. And they often have a speed trap on World Dr right after the Wilderness Lodge.

One thing...we don't know that THEY let the Cheesecake Factory go. Cheesecake Factory might have pulled out, or didn't renew their contract. Just like we don't know that Off Kilter isn't the one deciding to leave EPCOT and not renew their contract, but everyone is so quick to blame Disney...

I agree with all above! I won't be suprised when I read that Disney Quest is closing, most likely due to the Downtown Disney renovation project.

Of course its going to take over! Disney has to milk that cash cow as long as they can! And Frozen is still full of milk!

Also....I think the new time/price structure just gives people more options if they want to stay less time they don't have to pay as much.

I'm not sure I totally agree. I made it out there this Friday night and let me say, the parking and construction in NO WAY seems to be affecting the crowd. It was PACKED as usually. So people are putting up with it and finding any way they can to get in there. And the valet lot was fairly...

Understood. But I just feel with it being close to when you enter in the morning, and on the right side of the street, my opinion is that it will take away business from Starring Rolls and they will eventually close that shop.

The word Cafe suggests food items along with the coffee. I wonder what this will mean for Starring Rolls....:cautious:

Exactly! The beach doesn't generate revenue. More than ever it is all about the MONEY! They play it off like it enhances the guest experience, yada yada...BS! If it ultimately doesn't put money on the table, Disney isn't going to do it. Thats why you see all the premium packages at hard...

Maybe because Downtown Disney is being destroyed in the name of change.
