Sigh. You gotta read the full thread. There is poster, 1Happyghosthost, who predicted that Shang-Chi was going to flop and when it obviously didn't, he doubled and tripled down and still said it was a huge flop. He either couldn't admit he was wrong or just is a troll but either way he showed...

I agree that we do not know what the normal is but according to the real experts (Variety, EW, etc) this movie is a hit.

It crushed the previous record for a movie released during Labor Day and it was released during the worst time of this pandemic. Sorry but one has to look at box office results through this new covid metric. It is a huge hit...
