Still seems to me that a vq lottery would work well here. That way, one isn't dependent on Fast Fingers in the morning or a good wifi signal. You'd get your ability to plan your day while not having to be up and clicking refresh at 7am every morning.

Can you demonstrate -- at any time -- your MFs went down when DME was cancelled? If not, then the transportation costs you were charged did not go to pay for DME.

This is exactly the point I was making. DVC wasn't paying for it as part of their MFs as @helenabear stated. Likely, it was considered part of some promotion expense charged against all the rentable rooms on property (i.e. hidden). I think DVC was a beneficiary of DME. And, now, they're getting...
