We have been several times the first week of May and the weather has been perfect. The last time we went in May 2021 however it was extremely hot, so you never know. Our experience with the crowd level is that it has been good but they do have dance and cheer competitions that time of year.

No, the times we did not do the reserved seating we just walked in and sat down. We had seats those times near the back, but it was still an enjoyable experience. The two times we did reserved dining package we got seats near the stage. My advice is if you want to sit close do the dining package.

We have done it both ways and the experience was enjoyable either way.

I have never eaten at Space 200 or Chef Art Smiths but know reservations are hard to get for both of those. We were able to get Art Smiths for our upcoming September trip. I would suggest being flexible and move to different days if you need to to get the ones you really want.

Individuals that have extra DVC points sell them to these sites and you can purchase from them for whatever days you need. A couple are dvcrentalstore.com and dvcrequest.com. You can sometimes fine the days you need at a much lower cost. The Polynesian is one of the resorts that have dvc rooms.

Your picks all look good, for Magic Kingdom I would either pick Be our Guest or Liberty Tree Tavern. Be our Guest is more expensive, if cost is not a problem I would pick that for the experience. We have always enjoyed Liberty Tree Tavern as well.

It depends or which rides are more important to you, those at HS or the ones at AK.

We have eaten at Liberty Tree Tavern many times and it has always been very good. We also like to try a few new places each trip and plan on trying Skipper’s Canteen during our September trip. We may not like it but are willing to give it a try.
