@21stamps it's been nonstop construction here. They added a median with trees on the road in front of COSI, which is complete now. FYI my husband works at OSU, although he's a Michigan State grad so that's where his heart lies.

The Vets is across the street from COSI. At COSI they are building an underground parking garage currently.

That's obviously right out my window too (I'm on the 26th floor) so I've watched the entire process. Yes, the concept of the new Vets building is really neat.
