    Beginnings of Tomorrowland Revamp?

    Beginnings of Tomorrowland Revamp?

I know the feeling, I really liked the Mr. Toad ride, and miss it. We shouldn't have to choose which rides will get torn down for new rides, but sadly that seems to be the only way this happens now. Look at EPCOT they wanted to put in a Frozen ride (which doesn't belong there) so they take out...

    Beginnings of Tomorrowland Revamp?

I'd be curious to know the attendance at COP. It has to be among the lowest of all attractions at the park. I don't think many people would miss it at all.

    Beginnings of Tomorrowland Revamp?

Correct, it's at Tokyo DisneySea. However, most people, call the parks overseas "Disneyworld Paris, Disneyworld Japan, it's not their correct name of course, but how the average person refers to them.

DHS Disney's Hollywood Studios Name Change

It's got massive potential if they "go big" StarWars Land, Pixar Land, replace Indiana Jones with a Indiana Jones ride, etc..

Jackie Chan - let me break it down for you. There is a ride at Disneyworld in Japan called "Journey to the center of the earth" if you haven't been there you should watch the video of it. I think it would be cool to use that ride as a platform for a new ride in Tommorland. Make sense?

    Beginnings of Tomorrowland Revamp?

Tomorrowland has big potential, but there is a lot that needs done. If I were in charge and had the budget... - I'd keep Space Mountain, Astro Orbitor, Buzz, and keep the Speedway cars - but add a super fast lane for adults. - I'd add show scenes to the People Mover - I'd take out Carrousel...

Walt Disney World Resort agrees multi-year sponsorship deal with new MLS team Orlando City Soccer

I don't think you're completely wrong. I think what happens is, say you don't follow MLS that often, so you're not going to know about the average player who is 24 who isn't a well known star. However, when Henry or Lampard gets signed that is what makes the news, so that's generally all you...

Walt Disney World Resort agrees multi-year sponsorship deal with new MLS team Orlando City Soccer

Anyone who thinks MLS is a retirement league isn't knowledgeable about MLS. I think this perception comes from the average EPL fan who doesn't watch MLS but hears about someone like Gerrard or Lampard getting signed. Two points - Gerrard and Lampard are still great players in the EPL and we...

Walt Disney World Resort agrees multi-year sponsorship deal with new MLS team Orlando City Soccer

I am a MLS fan first but also am a MLB fan (I'm 30). I think the decline of baseball is being exaggerated, I know in Dallas/FW where I live, there are way more MLB fans my age than MLS fans. If you look at total attendance MLB still dominates all other leagues. In 20-30 years, it probably...

Walt Disney World Resort agrees multi-year sponsorship deal with new MLS team Orlando City Soccer

You're what we refer to as a Eurosnob - a soccer fan who chooses to watch games in another country over a team in their own community, it's sad. Kaka is still part of the Brazilian national team, Beckham was 31 when he came and still a very large part of the English national team. Is MLS as...

DAK AVATAR land - the specifics

I didn't know about the original plans, what were the three original rides going to be?

DAK AVATAR land - the specifics

I remember reading there would be a drop on the boat ride, which to me, means it could be more than just a slow, casual tour through Pandora, and have at least one "thrill" part to it, which could mean it could be D-ticket stuff (fingers crossed)

DAK AVATAR land - the specifics

Interesting depending on the boat ride and the simulator ride end up, you could make an argument that either one could be an E-ticket ride. Is the Jungle Cruise at the MK considered an E-ticket? If so, you would think that this ride would surpass that experience. I personally like Soarin' so...

Which one is considered the E-ticket?

DAK AVATAR land - the specifics

Unfortunately you're right. But you would think with there just being 2 (although Carsland will get back to 3 next year), you would make 1 of them a big E ticket ride and then another medium level ride (or even 2 E ticket rides). Sounds like we're getting 2 medium type rides.
