Dang! Those are the things that make me sad... knowing how easily Disney could make so many more amazing attractions but just doesn't. Why do they go to the trouble of designing stuff like that if they aren't ever going to build them?

Just my opinion, but I would love it if Disney bought all undeveloped land within 100 miles of the resort and preserved it as wilderness, with no plans to ever develop it.

If they didn't get lazy and let the parks get stale or in disrepair, they wouldn't have so much to do at all at once. I feel like doing all of those things are reasonable expectations for the next 5-10 years, even though we all know it won't happen.

I think you are confused on what I was referring to. I was saying the average person would not know the official name of the Disney parks in Japan, so they most likely would refer to it as "Disneyland Japan" or something to that effect, as opposed to calling it "Tokyo Disney Sea".

It is absolutely true. The only people that would know their official park names without looking it up are hardcore Disney fans. If you ask the average person on the street about the Disney park in Japan and what it's named, they would say "Disneyland Japan" or something similar WAY before...

I feel the same way. You would think for a whole new land there would be at least 3. If Cartland in DL is the template - they seem to have gone with 3 - 1 "E-ticket" big/amazing ride, & 2 smaller rides. For AvatarLand they are going with 2 D-ticket type rides. It's all speculation at this...
