Surprised they would go without a slide at the pool - should have went the Bay Lake Tower route and added a second one. The main pool at the poly is incredibly packed already w/o the tower rooms.

On balance, IMO a preshow is probably better than a non-discript line. However, longer preshows can suffer from poor repeatability (Muppets for example is rough for me now, but Soarin' is ok). I guess I can only speculate on what's not there, but I'm not sure I'd prefer on rides I've riden...

Agreed - I know opinions are mixed here, but heading to S&D feels like I'm leaving the bubble. I'll do it for a change (or even some random Karaoke) but I'd rather enjoy the ambiance of cresent lake when paying to stay there.

True, there is some there.....but later in the evening it's really mostly indoors within Riverside when Bob is playing. Similar for Boardwalk, Jellyrolls keeps some activity going later into the night (and offers different value/entertainment type vs the street entertainment).

Energy had to go IMO - too long, too old, too Ellen. I will miss the song. Seas was just IP overlayed, so is still very much the same type of ride - so they added little variety here. Keeping one of WoM or Horizons (with updates) would have made sense in retrospect and could have been viewed...

Jellyrolls brings life to the area in the evenings, which no other resort has going for it. Revamp a bit if you must, but why close with the abandoned warehouse of the Atlantic Dance Hall next door? I hope the rumors are false, but they usually are not.

Agree on Velocicoster - but I'd say Hagrids is at least on par with Tron (and Mine Train) from a theming perspective. See your point on too many coasters with little theming though - that is a Six Flagish MO. They weren't going to go the screen heavily route again, so maybe it pushed them here.
