Status of the flu in DW

....but then again plenty of people walk out of the restroom without washing their hands, in full view of the rest of the restroom patrons who are......:cautious::eek:

    I got into a altercation @ F & G festival!!

Thanks @Master Yoda for enlightening me! Just WOW! At first I wasn't sure if I was reading a random post on a Disney Forum or a fairy tale--there were just so MANY princes and princesses involved......:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes: The whole thread had me...

    I got into a altercation @ F & G festival!!

I'm sort of new here, and I see the reference to KatieBug peppered in a bunch of threads.. Seems her thread made quite an impact (not necessarily good way!) --what's the story??? As for this thread. THE BEST. The detective work and creativity of forum members is impressive!

    Mousekeeping Opt Out

Hmmmm...I'm still wondering what their endgame is with this ....

I think I might be done with WDW.

In addition the days before the big W put everyone in town out of business=better. Bradlees, Zayre, Ames, Caldor etc. Good times having a choice in discount stores around town!

    Bye bye Mickey soaps?

Wow, that's interesting, I didn't even know there was such a thing as a Disney yard sale FB site (or that people would stockpile soaps to sell there!) I work at a social service agency and we take donations of hygiene products for clients. It's interesting that Disney soaps and shampoos...

    Mousekeeping Opt Out

I don't work in the resort industry so I definitely do not have the inside scoop on how staffing REALLY works. But, it just seems to me that when fewer people need a service, then fewer employees are needed to provide it. Simple example but if guests in 100 rooms all staying for 14 days opt out...

    Splash Mountain Trashed Boats

Excellent points, no doubt the guests of yesteryear made it easier for Disney TO keep the parks clean...people just weren't okay with using rides, attractions, and the ground as a trash receptacle. Sure, hiding a pack of Starburst, a bag of M&M's, a granola bar--all food items that lend...

The current fastpass line for Space Mountain (2/21 at 2PM)

In life today I think most of us are used to the process of scanning stuff--ID to get into work, Dunkin Donuts app to pay for your coffee, JC Penney coupon found on the app. etc. etc. MOST people know to have this sort of thing ready before the scan process. And with a magic band how much...

    Ladies! make up question

I still wear a light foundation (it's got sunscreen so covers that!). Mascara, eyeliner. Just bring along those oil blotter sheets. They really work (even the generic).

The current fastpass line for Space Mountain (2/21 at 2PM)

Yes--good points. Now I remember. And true with physically having to walk to the rides, many people may have made one reservation--then got caught up in other things, or making pit stops at attractions with reasonable stand by lines, rather than criss crossing the park for fast passes. Crowds...

The current fastpass line for Space Mountain (2/21 at 2PM)

And I can't remember, with the paper passes could you run around and pick up multiple passes--or just one that you had to use, then you could get another?

The current fastpass line for Space Mountain (2/21 at 2PM)

But has ALWAYS been popular, Disney has never really had a problem packin' in the crowds. Has there been SUCH an increase in crowds that fastpass has become slowpass?

I wonder what's changed? In the paper FastPass days you REALLY did get on your ride FAST.

    Mousekeeping Opt Out

Well, it seems we have a few new industry standards for hotels: Option to Bail on Housekeeping Death of the Do Not Disturb sign in favor of the Room Occupied sign Daily Room Checks Wonder what could be next?

They offer at check in. We stayed four nights and were offered a $30.00 gift card.

What would you change at each WDW park?

I don't know if it would hold any appeal (for anyone but me!) but I would like to see an area/attraction dedicated to all the non-animated Disney films of the way back past. (Parent Trap (original), Love Bug, Pollyanna etc.) Not sure even what or where this would be, or how it could be made...

What would you change at each WDW park?

I'm kind of a fan of the old school paper fast passes for the same reasons. My most recent trip I didn't set up fast passes 60 days out--more like two weeks out. My bad.. So there's that---ugh. Lesson learned to do the 60 day out thing. But right, I find it a bit annoying to have to 'commit' to...

    Mousekeeping Opt Out

I'm wondering if we will see a time where housekeeping services are no longer included with your hotel room. But rather an optional upcharge service, tacked on to the charge the room if you opt-IN. Not even talking about just Disney hotels-but across the hotel industry. It's possible. After...

    Mousekeeping Opt Out

This would seem like the way it SHOULD work. After all how many Disney employees need to 'check' the room? It doesn't work that way though. (At least it didn't in January of this year staying at Port Orleans.) We HAD housekeeping services, but the security check guy ALSO came in once a day. I...
