We've not stayed at any of the All Stars, but based on rewiews we have no desire to. Pop is the way to go for value. We've stayed there twice. POFQ is the other that we REALLY enjoyed. Carribean Beach to us was nothing special. Nothing wrong but nothing special.

We drive to WDW from Texas (14 hours). When we get there we park the car and don't look at it again for a week. It's so nice to hop a buss and let someone else worry about directions and traffic for a week!!

Are the rooms clean, are the busses efficient, and what is the biggest bang for our bucK? (ex: how do the room rates match up with whatever specials are going at the time)

We've eaten at Garden Grill, atmosphere was cool but the food just wasn't good in our opinion. Have you thought about Yak and Yeti sit down at AK? The food there we thought was delisccious!

I would agree that Sci-Fi is the best I've tasted on property. Cooked to order with bacon, cheese, and mushrooms!

For us it was Citrico's. It has been out biggest let down in 4 years of Disney Dining. The service was AWFUL and the food was just mmmeeehhh. We were so sad. :(

It's a 10 hands down every time! We go multiple times during our stays and have tried numerous things on the menu. We've never been dissapointed!! It's ALWAYS one of the best meals of our trips and has beat out a couple of Signatures IMHO.

We ALWAYS wear running shoes with very thin no-show socks!

We really enjoy the atmosphere at Sci-Fi but we've never ventured farther into the menu than the Bacon and mushroom cheeseburger and they do it well. Momma Melrose was one of our best meals on our trip last year! 50's is good but we've only ever had the fried chicken.

Absolutely, especially in hunting out and noticing little details we used to walk right by. These boards have opened up the charm of Disney to us. There's so much more to love and appreciate than rides. Sometimes the negative gets a little thick on here, but I just move on to the next thread...
