What’s not really? It’s a fact that DCA stays open an hour later. I’m not sure why you’re so bothered by the fact either. I’m sure most of us would love the parks to stay open later.

DCA has never closed at midnight sadly. The fact that this park has managed to stay open later than a huge park like Epcot or DHS is telling though. I said every hour counts with nightfall, so that's one more whole hour to enjoy night ambience at DCA on this summer night.

I don't disagree at all. But you can express disappointment without putting down others. Fans are allowed to enjoy updates without the assumptions. One can still enjoy the update and have these "standards" you speak of.

Part of the reasons I love my winter trips to any theme park as the sunset & night ambiance always add more magic.

Yes, why wouldn't COP fans be excited? People being happy about updates (as they should) doesn't mean everything else you said isn't true. But let fans celebrate today. As slow as Disney moves, we'll have plenty of days or decades to join in on the hate train and get Disney-slapped across our faces.

So bummed. I live pretty close to the park and usually manage to visit for either Halloween or Christmas season each year before covid hit. I was especially happy when Cedar Fair bought GA as I knew we'd get a decent Halloween event in the Bay Area (don't care much for SFDK's Halloween event).

They're so good! I just got back from NOLA Monday for my third visit and brought 7 bags of beignets for my coworkers and myself. No regrets carrying that big bag back to California! lol

Easy and budget-friendly solution IMO. Just keep the NOLA retheme behind the Frontierland Railroad Station and retheme those building back there to PATF merch and food. I agree, pretty disappointed that this was the big bang. Maybe it looks better in person but still, this was the big selling point. Probably my only gripe with the attraction besides the lackluster empty last scene.
