    Are you a 'waver'?

I constantly wave. Usually when I am on an attraction while others are in line or vice-versa. I will always wave when woven to by CMs or other guests. I think my fav places to wave are on the Railroad, the PeopleMover, Tom Sawyer's Island, the Liberty Belle, Jungle Cruise and Big Thunder. And I...

No more live actors in ROL

Yep, it's a vicious cycle that is hard to stop once set into motion.

    AKL Pool Refurb

Oh wow. That's kind of cool! Although I have always kind of disliked sand bottomed pools compared to plaster/coated pools. They always feel more dirty to me and make me feel like I was just swimming at a lake or the beach - sand all over. I usually prefer a regular, good ol' fashioned cement...

News Rafiki's Planet Watch is closing Oct. 21st will reopen in Summer 2019

I am so glad I got to experience it one last time just a week ago. It was always a relaxing way to escape for me and I always enjoyed watching the vets examining the animals and looking at the reptiles and critters. And I love trains so the railroad was always a real treat for me to ride on...

    AKL Pool Refurb

Yeah, the last day I was there on the 10th, the water pump had finished pumping all the water out and it looked like they were preparing for demo work. My first morning the pool was only halfway empty - it was such a tease to see it half full and closed! lol Kidani's pool was fun but very small...

    SSE photos not working

I rode it 9 times in the last 3 weeks and the photos only worked twice for me out of all those experiences. So yeah, it's definitely hit or miss more often than not now. My SO and I were pretty bummed it wasn't working most of the time as we love to have fun with that feature and laugh

POLL: Which Classic MK Attraction Would You Sacrifice?

I can't bring myself to vote on this one. I probably would lean more towards Jungle Cruise or It's a Small World if I absolutely had to. But I love both of those attractions almost just as much as the others. The rest are just way too iconic to even think about touching or removing. And even...

    Eisner vs Iger Poll

I went with Eisner. I was originally going to vote both are alright, but Eisner's triumph's and successes definitely outweigh Iger's by far at this point - especially when it comes down to the parks themselves.

Permanent Ralph Breaks The Internet Family Play Zone Debuts at Epcot

Walked by this a few times on my most recent trip and never saw a single soul on it. I was curious and wanted to venture over but never did get around to checking it out myself.

News Park attendance showing significant softness heading into the Fall 2018

When I was at AK one day last week or the week before, there was actually one point I saw on the MDE that FoP was only 55 and NRJ was only 25 at like 4p in the afternoon. I never saw the wait for FoP go above 75 on the days I was there.

    AKL Pool Refurb

No photos, but I was there from the 4th to the 10th. The pool still had water in it up until the 7th or 8th and the last couple of days I was there, there still wasn't any work being done just yet. That most likely has changed by now though.

    Original Epcot In 2018

I can remember waiting 30-45 for Horizons in Aug '89, 25-35 minutes for World of Motion in Jul '93 and 35 minutes for Imagination that same summer in '93. There were definitely long lines on those attractions into the early/mid-90's during busy times. I also remember waiting in a 40-minute line...

    Most popular haunted mansion painting

I just read that in that recent Disneyland memorabilia auction that took place here in LA last weekend, the four stretch room portraits from Haunted Mansion were sold. Now, I know this isn't necessarily an indicator of popularity maybe overall, but the quicksand portrait went for roughly $350K...

Here's a very recent update on the construction. You can see the big tower is really coming along and the restaurant framing is already up now.

    CSR Reno Timeline

I would think by July '19 the entire new area will be very close to being finished or about to open. Most of the major construction has already taken place for the main tower now. There is no official opening date yet, but summer '19 is the current projected/estimated opening. So you may or may...
