This might be a weird question...

Our family is the same as yours. The last few years we have done 1 all out trip per year and 1 or 2 smaller trips. The smaller trips are at moderate or value resorts. We always use room only discounts, be we are Florida residents so there are more deals available to us. In the fall DD will...

Walking down Main Street, are we doing it right?

We usually start in the street, but the masses and trolley tracks usually send us to the sidewalk. I do love the view from the street though.

    Happy Thoughts

When we see the Welcome sign we all cheer and DD starts asking which hotel we are staying in and when she can see MK.

    Phone cases

We spotted some Android cases on DCL so imagine they are in the parks and ebay too. DH has that phone and almost bought one, they are out there!

MK vs Epcot - 5 Reasons Why You Feel One is Better Than the Other

This is hard, but I have to go with Epcot. At MK I feel like we are always running around to get to in all the rides. I like that we can be more relaxed at Epcot. One day I hope to actually spend the amount of time I would like to spend in World Showcase to experience each country.

If you could only choose one ride and one show what would they be and why?

I feel like I have to go with these too! Thank you for making up my mind for me. P.S. for those who haven't seen it yet, Splash looks amazing after the refurb! Well it did on March 22nd :p

Two new Disney Cruise Line ships??

Because we have not yet done many of the itineraries we are ok with DCL for now. That being said some new ships mid sized would be very welcomed by us. We have not yet been on the Fantasy, but with the Dream it just felt like there were more people but not necessarily more places for people to...

    What attraction makes it complete?

I don't think we ever actually decided this, but as I'm thinking about it POTC is the one we seem to feel like we have to do. Now that Dd is tall enough she has decided that Splash is also a must do. Thanks to Stacey DD is also crushed if we don't get to everything on the must dos

    Where do you start?

Lately it's been DHS first and AK last. DD loves HS so we like to hit that one first and I try to do a day off between Epcot and MK since those are looong days. We do AK last because we have to drive the next day so we don't want to get to bed too late.

Is the food and wine aspect of Flower and Garden Festival working?

I like the addition, but I am concerned that if it goes too well the food booths may start to take over the F&G festival. I think only a few booths with a specific focus on spring foods is a nice addition as long as it stays that way.

Two new Disney Cruise Line ships??

That's what I was thinking - another permanent port. There have been floating rumors about New Orleans courting DCL with the new port they are building.

    Spirited News & Observations II -- NGE/Baxter

I just went on My Disney Experience online and I had to agree to new/updated terms and conditions for 2 different portions of MDE. For the MM+ portion they did not even say what they were they just had a link to the giant list. I did read the other portion and it was mostly about copyrights...

    Spirited News & Observations II -- NGE/Baxter

We were at the World last Friday and while we did not use the new RFID cards we did find it interesting that those touch readers also have swipers on them to swipe the cards and every time we tried to swipe one of our debit cards it didn't work. After 3 or 4 tries the CM had to swipe our card...

Fastpass+, a solution to "overwhelmingly negative" responses from families

I know WDW is substantially larger than Universal, but throughout this discussion I have been wondering why Universal's mostly unlimited fast pass does not cause the same issues that WDW's scheduled FPs do. Is it just due to the amount of people or is some form of that the way to go? It seems...

    Spirited News & Observations II -- NGE/Baxter

That's essentially what we were told at Macy's. security generally only bothered folks that we're stealing high dollar amounts, repeat offenders, and repeat returners.

Downtown Disney expansion to be officially announced Tuesday 12 March

When I moved from NJ to Fla I was not aware of sales tax on clothes and as a mere college freshman boy was I surprised the first time I went to the mall.
