Know you are all sorted this time but previously I have emailed when I have had a problem/query. Each time, they have asked me for a phone number so they can call and help me, and every time they have been in the US, rather than UK based - saves what could be a large phone bill for us!

I have found this thread really interesting to read. We usually visit in October, and yes these large groups are still around - they don't vanish by the end of August! In my opinion, Disney is supposed to be a place of fun and happiness. It is horrible to have that spoilt for you by large groups...
