If I remember correctly, lunch used to be served from 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. and lounge is served from 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. No food is served during "Late night". With that being said, the only thing I can find throughout the internet was bar food from 5:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

I am glad to hear it worked for you. But in case you didn't know and still didn't want to take bus, you could take the water taxi from POLY to MK and water taxi from MK to FW with the total trip taking about 20 - 30 minutes. You could have also taken monorail to CR and then water taxi to FW...
