I agree. I had the biggest smile when I saw that. My husband would often have to trek across a park for me to secure the DAS, so he is happy too especially in the parks that didn't really have any Guest Services umbrellas to avoid it.

How I read it is that APs will have to pay for it too, but it doesn't expressly state that. Based on all the other price gouging, I don't see Disney passing this up for the opportunity to charge more people.
