    Annual Pass Rumors

He should just come out and say it---they don't want local annual passholders. I have an out-of-state AP and it is impossible for me to use Disney as my "personal playground" since I live 1,000 miles away. Unfortunately, I will most likely be lumped in with all the other APs if they do decide...

News Disney Explores Amazon Prime-Like Membership Program to Offer Discounts and Perks

As most know, they already track our spending, viewing, travelling, etc. by requiring the same login for all the Disney products (Disney+, shopDisney, Disney gift cards, the parks app, etc.). I know that they use that data already for targeted promotions.

    Are ALL resorts sold out!?

Maybe you will have more luck at booking through DVC if you feel comfortable renting points. I use this website to check DVC availability since I am not a member and it is pretty much accurate.

News Walt Disney World to resume sales of Annual Passes (New sales resume April 20, 2023)

Just renewed our APs (Incredi-Pass level). I worked it out that I would be saving at least $1,000 on tickets since we have a 9-night March trip and a 12-night June trip now booked. "Saving" is misleading though because I really had no plans on renewing until I was notified of my son's band...

News Walt Disney World to resume sales of Annual Passes (New sales resume April 20, 2023)

The band department haven't released any "official" information yet, so I have no idea of the cost involved. We ended up just booking the March and June trips through DVC (renting points) in the last week. I highly doubt we will be going in December since the prices are so high.

    Trattoria al Forno

I ate there for dinner in June and they had at least 4 tables set up outside. They had to shoo away some people who were not supposed to be there.

News Walt Disney World to resume sales of Annual Passes (New sales resume April 20, 2023)

My husband has finally agreed to renew our out-of-state APs. Apparently, my son and the high school band will be playing at Disney in April and he wants to go. We were not planning on going this year, but will now be going in December, April, and June.

How Does Somebody Get an EV Parking Space at Disney World?

Yep, that happened during my trip in June too.

News Walt Disney World to resume sales of Annual Passes (New sales resume April 20, 2023)

I agree. I just let my out-of-state AP (whatever it is called now) expire a few days ago. We would go at least three weeks over two trips a year. We would eat at the resaurants, buy merch, and spend a good amount of money since we do not live locally. I don't want to get harrassed by others...

    Popcorn Bucket

I used my Millennium Falcoln since I bought it in 2019. This last trip in June was the first time I did not see them still for sale. We were only getting the refills in Canada at EPCOT. They tried to put the popcorn in it and I politely declined and asked for a box instead.

    MagicBand+ announced

No, I mean in my storage with the other 50th memorabilia that I bought during my last trip. I don't resell. We haven't decided whether or not to renew yet.

    MagicBand+ announced

I had a magic band order still open in my account (for my annual pass), so I ordered a 50th anniversary one at the reduced rate. I am just going to put it up.

News Another Fight at Magic Kingdom

Unfortuntely, this is becoming more common. My husband had a man get into his face while we were waiting in line at It's a Small World. The guy was angry because he dropped his phone in the water. I have no idea why he targeted us. My husband told him to step off and walked away. Off Topic: I...

Hotel Parking Fees Realization / Tip

I get around the parking fees by booking through DVC. I am not a member and often pay moderate prices (no more than $250/night during peak times).

    SciFi Dine-In Rez

@jmojul1 When I was there in June, I saw larger parties up to eight (or 9 with a small child) being seated together at the cars, but they were the cars with the only the front and back and had individual seats. To be honest, they looked cramped with more than 8. They seated any more than 8 in a...

    DAS with anxiety disorder

@Supertech65 I went through the pre-booking of the two DAS. They are an advantage as you can also book another DAS when you arrive even if overlaps with the pre-booked ones. I ended up using about 50% of the pre-books due to temporary ride closures, leaving the park earlier than planned, or...

    DAS with anxiety disorder

Not really. I just made it clear that their proposed accomodation was not appropriate for my situation.

    DAS with anxiety disorder

I pre-registered for a DAS for my trip last month. They do ask what accomodations you need. I explained that I had problems standing in a stationary line for more than 10 minutes without enduring pain to my knees, thus negatively affecting my mobility. The castmember did ask me if a wheelchair...

    Housekeeping

BWV still have individual bottles, but they only gave us one of each for three people. I had to continually call to get more body wash, especially since we never really got our room service every four days as chosen.
