    Pick Up and Move

What do you do for the Treasury? There are finance and banking jobs everywhere. And having the Treasury Department on a resume probably looks really good!

    Fairytale Weddings Job

My friend is an events coordinator with the wedding group. From how she talks about it, it doesn't sound all that fun. Imagine how difficult a typical bride and groom are. Now imagine how difficult a bride and groom are that want a wedding at Disney World.

    Too crowded

The weather just got nice in Orlando so the past couple of days were probably busier than a normal October day. But nowhere near to what it will be around Christmas.

Other attractions you'd like to see a Hotel experience based on?

I love this idea! The staff could all be nationals from those countries (like the restaurants and stores) to give it a genuine feel. I am a local AP, but even I would pay for a few nights "staycation" at a hotel like that.

So when people complain about the standard of food within the parks .........

For the most part the food is fine, but like others have said it is not worth what they charge IMO. If I want quality food I'd rather go to Disney Springs or off-property all-together. If I want convenience I'll pack a few PB&Js.

    A New Dilemma

Maybe biased, but to me Animal Kingdom was always a full-day park. I spend longer in Animal Kingdom than Epcot! With the addition of Pandora, it definitely is now.

Of Eisner, Iger, Chapek and Pressler; or Is history repeating itself?

I don't understand the premise. When you say this theming indicates greed, do you mean that's because it will earn them more money? If so, doesn't that mean that the public gets more value out of it, and will pay Disney more money to experience it? Doesn't that mean it's a win for the public...

    Poly for a night...?

I do not want to take away from his dream, but maybe there is a 3rd option. The real appeal of one night in Poly is the theming I would think. Why not drinks at Trader Sam's, then watch the fireworks from over there? Then you two can get a room at a nice off-property hotel by yourselves and save...

My Unpopular WDW Opinion - post yours!

No fireworks OR parades for me...those are my cues to ride some rides or get to the monorail to leave before the rush!

Would you feel satisfied with a 1 day hopper pass?

If it is before Columbus Day you will have a better shot than after. Either way is doable though, especially if you go with an Express Pass.

    Sep 2018 Rough Itinerary/Plan - Thoughts/Suggestions welcome!

First I have to say I am impressed with your planning :) Only thing I'd add is that you may want to consider going to a Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party one night. I doubt they have 2018 dates announced yet, but surely there will be one or two nights to go during the range you will be there.

    Fall break or Thanksgiving holidays?

Thanksgiving week is very busy, but I went once on Thanksgiving itself and it wasn't all that bad since most Americans are celebrating that day. Though if you are going for multiple days, the October option is probably your better bet! Plus then you can go to a Mickey's Halloween Party which I...

    Boardwalk Entertainment

Jellyrolls is a lot fun, though it depends the kind of night you are looking for. If you are looking for a fun but laid back evening, I would say Disney Springs. If you are looking for a little more excitement, Boardwalk. If you really want to let loose you may have to go to I-Drive for a night :D

Best Disney tip you ever got!

Last night, after the MK fireworks, everyone was rushing for the monorail to get back to the TTC. The line was huge. I asked a CM the best way to get back to the TTC, "and be honest!" He pointed to the Resorts Monorail and said to get off at the 2nd stop. Saved myself probably an hour waiting in...
