    News Disneyland Magic Key Program

After waiting all this time, tomorrow is going to be like the series finale you've been waiting all year for. It's going to be anti climactic once it's over. Let's hope it's more like the Friends finale as opposed to the Seinfeld finale.

    News Disneyland Magic Key Program

Is it too much to hope that there is a $700 pass, that basically takes over where the $650 Flex Pass left off. One that does not limit the # of visits, but does limit the # of reservations you can have at one time, to 2, just like the former Flex Pass did? Doing that, eliminating the cheapest...

    News Disneyland Magic Key Program

Nobody knows for certain what the new program will look like. No real rumors, just pure speculation. But one thing most people seem to agree upon is that it's going to Suck compared to the old AP program.

    News Disneyland Magic Key Program

So the top priced pass, which used to let you in 365 days a year, for under $1,500, will now be $2,500+, and limit you to 52 visits/year? I didn't have the top pass, but No Thanks. My Flex Pass allowed me to visit once a week, for $600. No way I'd pay over $2,500 for the same privilege.

    News Disneyland Magic Key Program

I rarely bought merch when I went, but I almost always bought food and drink. If Disney feels that someone like me is not helping their bottom line, because I'm not buying an $80 Spirit Jersey or $30 Ears, then I guess they won't miss me that much. It's one thing for me to overpay for...

    News Disneyland Magic Key Program

I still believe that those results were skewed, due to the opening of Galaxy's Edge, and all the expensive merch being sold there, that people HAD to get their hands on. From the Lightsaber experience to the Build A Droid workshop, and all the other Star Wars stuff, they were bringing in a lot...

    News Disneyland Magic Key Program

I was pretty much able to visit once a week with my Flex Pass for $600. That was a great deal, and was the reason I bought it. If we're now talking about $2,000+ for essentially the same opportunity, then my days of visiting Disneyland regularly, are over. That doesn't even account for the...

    News Disneyland Magic Key Program

That's essentially what the $650 Flex Pass was, only there was no limit on # of visits per month, just that you could only hold 2 reservations at a time. All of the vloggers seem to think that whatever they offer, the cheapest plan is going to be $1,200 or more. I am fine with how the Flex...

    News Disneyland Magic Key Program

Well, it appears my days of visiting Disneyland regularly, probably ended in March 2020. I paid $600 for my Flex Pass, but now I'll probably get maybe 1 pass every couple of years, like I used to. I'm sure there are more than enough die hard fans who will buy into whatever program they put...

    Coranavirus Disneyland General Discussion

We're still on the way up for at least the next month. And then opening the schools without masks? I'm telling you, there is the potential for a staggering # of cases & deaths upcoming in FL. I really don't know what the end game is there.

News Disneyland modifies mask policy - UPDATE 7/28/21

So far as I'm concerned, once the deaths start mounting in Florida, AND THEY WILL, Disney & Universal become enablers in the Governor's little political game of, How Many People Can I Kill To Achieve Herd Immunity Through Infection? They are a HUGE lifeline to his authority. Without them, the...

    Coranavirus Disneyland General Discussion

CA sets a 2021 single day record for New Cases with over 10,000 reported in last 24 hours. And we're just warming up. Meanwhile, FL is at over 21K New Cases with a population that's 18,000,000 lower than California's.

News Disneyland modifies mask policy - UPDATE 7/28/21

The card I received in Orange County, CA, has a section where additional shots can be reported. We did not get any sticker. The information was handwritten.

I always like drawing comparisons, so here's one I came up with. Wearing a seat belt and having an air bag may not prevent you from getting injured in a car crash. They will save you from flying through the windshield and dying though.

They've advised not to laminate the original, in case booster shots are needed, and they have to be noted on that card.

News Disneyland modifies mask policy - UPDATE 7/28/21

Not to pat myself on the back, but a couple of days ago, I predicted this would happen sooner rather than later, after companies like Google, Facebook, Lyft, and others, began requiring vaccinations.

    Coranavirus Disneyland General Discussion

I have tickets to 7 concerts in September, 3 in October, and tickets to all 3 Amusement Parks' Halloween events. I too am going to be ed, but I'm not completely surprised, because I have come to accept the fact that we're a screwed up country, who can't do anything right, and so WE CAN'T...
