The way I have been approaching this is if I walk in without a mask and they ask me to put it on I first tell the employee that I am sorry the owner is making them enforce this and no thanks I'm taking my business elsewhere and that I won't be coming back.

Once a business gets the taste of having reduced salaries for employees, they never go back.

I hate to break it to you, there is going to be hundreds if not thousands of people at Disney every day who are not wearing a mask and not vaccinated. But you'll be vaccinated and have nothing to worry about. (and if you have kids and are concerned, best to just stay at home)

I would expect it to be like WDW and every other park in the country - Disney won't even bother trying to enforce it for kids.
