The inclusion of Johnny Depp in DLP’s Pirates is even worse than DL’s. The cave scenes at the end show all of the dead pirates who succumbed to the greed of the pirate life, only to end with Johnny Depp chillin on a pile of gold. What the heck happened? Is he immortal?

I see your point, but the difference is PotC has directly depicted 'controversial' scenes (regardless of your opinion on the changes) while there's nothing inherently controversial about the story depicted in SM. The characters may come from a controversial movie, but the ride only draws from...

The movie is largely irrelevant to the ride. The music is great, the characters are fun and expressive, the settings are immersive, etc. What else do you need?

Between Steps in Time, Superstar Limo, S.S. Rustworthy, the Tortilla Tour, and the various farming equipment displays in Bountiful Farms, it takes me several days to see and explore all that DCA has to offer.

Mickey Mouse is a phenomenal character. Unfortunately, in the 21st century he’s been increasingly-reduced to a boring corporate mascot. In early Mickey cartoons, he is hilarious, mischievous, and full of personality.

So what that tells me is this new restriction is almost exclusively targeting the wagons, if this large stroller is comfortably under the size limit. It's a step in the right direction, I guess.
