Project Stardust - How the "Cleanup" campaign will affect Disneyland - OCR/SCNG

Then I guess I was mistaken. I knew it didn’t work for Mine Train (since that was what I wanted to use it for).

Or just skip the first few weeks of school so you can ride it. I doubt you will miss anything important.

Project Stardust - How the "Cleanup" campaign will affect Disneyland - OCR/SCNG

Probably by 'ticket class' - I'd imagine Indy will be lumped with the four mountains. I think it's less about giving you a comparable experience and more about allowing you to ride something else of similar popularity.

Tropical Hideaway Construction - Tiki Room Refurbishment - Adventureland Entry Remodel

It's still there, but rather small, and only used for the noobs who veer left instead of right when the queue splits.

Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway - Disneyland

David Koenig on Micechat is saying the entrance will be through the Gag Factory, but I agree with @TP2000 in thinking City Hall makes more sense for the entrance. Not only is there more dead space there, but it also puts it a little further away from Roger Rabbit, which seems like a good thing...

Wait for Buzz to reopen. I don’t really mind this change. I’m pretty sure they already do this in WDW.

Using Pixar Rides as Transportation to Pixar Pier

Perfect idea. Just make sure to connect the tunnels to the Pixar Pals Parking Structure!

I agree with that. The Potter coaster should be a huge gain for IOA. It’s all about a balanced slate of experiences.

I had to know you would come out of nowhere to defend Uni, even on the DL forum. I’ll take the slow moving rides through animated wax museums 7 days a week. But like I’ve said, I do enjoy Uni’s rides overall.

    All things Universal Studios Hollywood

Many consider Antman, Ratatouille, and Navi River Journey to be underwhelming, so I wouldn’t say anyone is giving Disney a free pass. The difference is Disney has a healthier balance of non screen-based attractions. Even at USH, they’re taking the only truly immersive ride (JP) and adding...

Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway - Disneyland

DCA’s problem is that it badly needs C-Tickets and D-Tickets. I would count TSMM, Monsters, and Little Mermaid as the only current DCA rides at either of those levels, which creates a highly imbalanced attraction roster.

Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway - Disneyland

Well, GMR closed in summer 2017, making a spring 2020 opening a 2.5 year timeline. While they had to clear out GMR, they didn’t have to build a new building, which it seems like they’ll have to do for DL, so based on Disney’s usual construction pace, 3 years from now seems to make sense. I don’t...

Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway - Disneyland

It certainly feels quite a bit shorter, but I’m not sure how much shorter in reality.

To me, the worst part of Uni’s rides isn’t just the cheesy effects, screens, or corny plot lines, but also how LOUD some of those rides are. A day at IOA in Orlando nearly left my eardrums punctured.

Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway - Disneyland

7D isn’t even in the same ballpark at BTMRR. Honestly without the indoor show scene it would be a rather dull experience. It’s fun, but it’s too tame and too short to be an E.

News Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge - Historical Construction/Impressions

Scientists have been trying to answer this question for ages. However, if you look closely, you’ll notice the following: Now correct me if I’m wrong, but to me that looks like a cirrus cloud, which, due to the more temperate climate of California compared to the storminess of Florida, leads...

Are you a traitor (Disney World vs Disneyland)?

I fully agree, and that’s why I think Southern California is one of the best vacation destinations in the country. That said, I think it’s important to remember how daunting transpiration in Southern California is to visitors and people who haven’t spent much time in the area. Even if it’s...

The thing is, even if they did this, there would be a random bunch of palm trees lumped together, which would draw attention to itself as well. There's no way to make a building of this size seamlessly blend in with the skyline.
