News Paradise Pier Becoming Pixar Pier

I see what you mean. It looks great, but it lacks substance. I don’t spend as much time there as I used to.

News Paradise Pier Becoming Pixar Pier

But that Cadillac Range, though. Walking into Cars Land from the Wharf area is one of the best reveals in all of Disney Parks. Cars Land isn’t perfect but they nailed parts of it.

I also love when she says “I’m hearing the land won’t really feel complete until RotR opens” as if that’s some kind of inside info and not just common knowledge.

Micechat strikes again with another “rumor article”. I’m beginning to look forward to these updates!

Avengers Campus - Reactions / Reviews

DAK is brilliant. However, that doesn’t mean its style belongs in DL. (Although to be fair, SWL doesn’t appear to be nearly as “run-down” as DAK).

Wookies, & Rebels, & Droids... OH WHY?! The Anti-SWL in Disneyland Thread

I never really cared all that much for DCA’s ToT. I just think Guardians is objectively not very good, independent of what was there before.

    Pixar Pals Parking Structure Specifics/Updates

It just depends how long you’re there waiting for the tram. With a wait of a few minutes, the tram will for sure be faster. Ever since they started making you walk through all of DTD, I’ve mostly taken the tram.

I still miss the days when you could walk from M&F on that quiet path under the monorail.

Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission: BREAKOUT! Reviews, Photos, Info

Mission Breakout violates one of my biggest pet peeves of Disney Parks: hearing “real-world” music - and I say this as a big fan of classic rock.

Correction: some effort was put into the first half of the queue. The second half of the queue (after the preshow) is just the ToT boiler room with some paint.

News Remy's Ratatouille Adventure coming to Epcot

I’ve been to Paris, so I’m aware that it’s a large city. Thanks, though. I’m not saying the ride is a giant mistake (although I’m not really a huge fan of the ride itself). What I’m saying is it’s an awkward fit with the rest of the France pavilion. Two things can be true at once - there’s a...

News Remy's Ratatouille Adventure coming to Epcot

To be fair, there are other ways to do it. The show building for Indiana Jones Adventure is extremely detached from the rest of Adventureland - however, they managed to properly integrate the attraction into the land. Sure, the queue is long, but the entrance isn’t difficult to find or isolated...

Rumor Inside Out to Replace Journey into Imagination with Figment?

Just a few days ago, Micechat put out a “rumor” that Disneyland’s small world might be on the move to Tokyo, so I’m taking whatever they say with a large grain of salt.

    The Charm of DCA

I should’ve been more specific - rides that reek of the cheapness of DCA 1.0. The three you mention were solid back then and have held up relatively well (Incredicoaster retheme aside).

News Disneyland Forever returning June 7; Mickey's Mix Magic to end daily run June 6

I got to watch the fireworks tonight. I have a lot of nostalgia for the 60th anniversary so it was phenomenal to see it again, even if it’s a bummer they cut Kiss Goodnight.

    The Charm of DCA

Today I commented to a friend how remarkable it is that with all of the change and turmoil DCA has gone through, Jumpin’ Jellyfish has remained untouched the entire time. It’s nothing less than a miracle. The fact that you can still ride the big three of DCA 1.0 holdovers (Zephyr, Jellyfish, and...

Disneyland to customers: Visit us now! Ahora! That means NOW! Please?

To be fair, I’m looking at a park map right now, and the following are also listed as attractions: Disney Gallery Main Street Cinema Golden Horseshoe Shooting Gallery Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique Everything in Toontown Launch Bay So it’s not like Disney hasn’t always stretched the definition of...

I just read the story. They aren’t letting new guests make reservations - rather, if you already have a reservation, you will have the opportunity to add additional guests to your reservation.
