If you do fly in then definitely don’t rent a car. For a 1st timer driving around Disney is super confusing. Just take the magical express and Disney Transportation.

I would stay at POP. The biggest thing I don’t like about POP is how the bus stops are basically cattle holding pens. So what I did in December was that I stayed at POP instead of CBR like I was planing on doing and instead I just rented a car so I wouldn't have to take the Buses at POP or worry...

Yeah I had gotten a remodeled room but the floor was dirty and sticky in places. Downsides of wood flooring I guess. Along with some other issues.

Those are nice but I almost stayed in one but the room ended up having Black Mold in the bathroom so they moved me to POFQ.

You have to call to make a request like that. If you want something special like a remodeled room.

I would stick to POR. Coronado while nice feels more then a business hotel and resort then a relaxing resort like POR. I didn’t have a great experience at Coronado in December but I did get a free night out of it.
