OK. Well then, the new Villains show will definitely be in the new "flex theatre", and BaTB isn't going anywhere for the foreseeable future.
Making statements is fun.
All very valid points. Do you not like the view down Main Street at MK at all? Does the direct view of the castle really bother you? If, for example, the large trees had never been there to begin with, would you feel the same way?
I'm simply curious, not arguing.
What I meant by "fantasy", was that a giant European inspired castle would never be at the end of an American Main Street. Also, it's a theme park, and there are no "rules" stating that tress must partially obstruct the view from down the road. So having a direct view of it, doesn't make it...
I'm curious if you also think Paris, Tokyo, and Hong Kong have horrible sight lines, as there are no trees blocking their castles? I just never understand this complaint. A big castle at the end of a storybook version of Main Street is already just fantasy architecture. There are no rules...
I think it's safe to assume the music and sound effects being projected all over the lagoon and surrounding areas would drown out the 3 seconds worth of yells from 20 odd people.
But that's just my guess...
Just read this in the Sentinel. An update on the MK traffic patterns, an more. Sounds like some very needed, and large scale improvements.

Truss rigs like that have been used for NOJ for years and years (in the past, they were much larger, and in several locations). They were used for Grad Nite in years past, for NYE all over Epcot, for many years during Gay Days at Studios. They have big lighting rigs and power drops for the...
Maybe the bus goes from Town Center, down the red line, and into the marketplace loop. Then it wouldn't have to make the sharp turn. It picks up guests, and exits the marketplace heading down Buena Vista Dr. towards Saratoga Springs.
It's lighting and audio truss for Night of Joy. They've been installed a bit earlier because everyone in that area is fighting for their own time: NOJ, construction, Halloween rehearsals. So you have to spread it out more than usual. They'll be gone by Halloween (it's much faster to strike...
WOC is spectacular in person. I couldn't believe what they did with fountains, light, and music.
My guess for ROL, is that the barges are for the performers (like Disney Sea). The water effects will come from that fixed rock island recently built. Just a guess.
Minus fountains, but plus barges and live performers and the Tree of Life. Just because the show doesn't have fountains, doesn't mean it will be any less spectacular than WOC. In fact, one should not compare the two. You'll only set yourself up to be let down if you expect WOC 2.0.
It's new...
