I always purchase the park hopper option. It is your best bet to kinda enjoy your days fully. You don't feel obligated to stay in the parks all day. Since your daughter is 8, y'all could head to the pool or chill at the resort for a little bit. It would give y'all plenty of options for chill time.

It doesn't hurt to call and ask all of the options. That is what they are there for. They don't expect you to have anything prepared, plus they maybe able to create some magic along the way.

I've done a few races before including a half. I want to do the challenge and honestly have been waiting until the cards fell right, so I could register. I'm hoping I don't get addicted my wallet wouldn't like that!

I was thinking of booking Y&B so that my friends can come down from the room and cheer for the half. Also, that is normally around mile 11.5 so it would be towards the end of the race and would be the easiest to get back to.

Can't wait! I do have another question, are you a local? If not where do you stay for race weekend?

I agree I looked into it and honestly it seems like a TON of money. It is easy to drop 6k with staying at a deluxe resort for a week but unless you purchase a significant amount of points you won't be able to stay that long at one of the properties.

I make my own ears (no expensive ones in the park) and customize a reusable water bottle. I would suggest packing a reusable water bottle to forgo spending a bunch on bottled water. My other packing tip is to separate your clothes by day. After shopping and collecting bags our room often looks...
