Big River Grille & Brewing Works. We thought we could have dinner there, then spend the evening on the Boardwalk (something we've never done).

It really does, and just moments ago a read a bad review of one of the other places we were going to try, so I think I now have my dinner opening!

I just checked out the menu today and added it to our list! We only have 5 nights on our May 2018 trip so I put it in as a breakfast option on our departure day! I really wish I could fit it in for dinner though so I may do some more moving around before our ADR window opens next month.

We did Spirit of Aloha about two years ago with a group of four adults. We opted for the tier one seating and had great seats. We all really enjoyed the show and thought the food was great. Even the picky eater in our group really enjoyed all of the food!

Thanks for the info! DH has a sensitivity and not full blown Celiac so cross contamination is not a big deal for him, but it's good that they are sensitive to the issue and actually take precautions!

How was the GF pizza? We have a Blaze near us and just found out that they offer it :hungry:

Slightly late to the party, but joining in! I remember that fog on your departure day (we live in Michigan as well, working in Farmington Hills). It was creepy how fast that fog set it. It was pretty clear when I got to work around 6:30, but by 7:00 I couldn't see much past the door to the office!

I think this is a random exception rather than the rule. We've never had this happen before and we've traveled with lots of snacks both to and from Disney. Lots of times we just have some trail mix or something in a plastic zipper bag. We've never had snacks questioned at Detroit Metro or MCO...

Another vote for OKW here. We are also DVC owners and OKW is our home. We've stayed at SSR, AKV (both buildings), WL & BLT. Honestly, I love OKW the most out of all places we've stayed. We have had more artwork shipped home than I care to admit, and I'm guessing there will be more on our upcoming trip since I just saw new dates for Larry Dotson!

I've not had the appetizer portion from inside, but the one we had at the lounge was pretty small. I would not say it's enough for a meal.

I totally agree about the CM, very unDisney-like! I am glad you posted about it though, now I know if we have a wild card FP+ don't make changes to an existing one until after we use the wild card!

I wonder if the glitch was caused when you changed to the Little Mermaid from Haunted Mansion? We've never had an issue with the wild cards, but we've never made a change to an existing FP+ before using our wild card either.
