Was thinking the same thing when I saw the new aerials. If it is true it is stepping down, would be a shame they didn't reverse the step down and keep the full height farther from the park and at least add some architectural detail from the park view.

Small update from bioreconstruct's most recent aerial photos. Looks like the roof work that was setup to begin has begun. It does look like the beginnings of the addition of new venting/air conditioning infrastructure.
