I don’t understand the excitement for yet another WDW hotel? Disney has built enough rooms to last them a long time at this resort. Now Anaheim that’s a completely different property very much lacking capacity in this regard.

Even the beloved Tokyo parks had been having some entertainment cuts the last couple of years according to regulars who go there often. The OLC is still a business at the end the day and they have a budget to follow just like any company.

That’s my problem as well with the Splash fanboys. I understand nothing can replace the original attraction but to completely ignore the reasons they are even doing this re-theme in the first place bothers me. Yes I wish Tiana could have gotten her own ride but so far I like what I’m seeing...

Can we expect any more ride closures and overhauls in this time period?

Unfortunately that’s the way it goes considering Repubs control the state government. They are going back to doing what they have always done.

I can’t argue with those of you who loved the original iteration. But what else did could they have done with the current IP mandate of the company? It would either be updated or torn down and I feel like they made a compromise that preserved the attraction’s legacy.

Also it’s more realistic spending that much over several decades versus one. That amount of money is huge no matter how you put it. What in the world will you talk about once these projects get off the ground? 🤔

Whole New World is an iconic Disney song so it makes sense to be included. The team behind this project seems very passionate about making this an authentic experience.

It’s kind of funny how this and Disneyland Forward are essentially new development agreements for the future of their respective parks. Even though was one already established but ruined by a midget thirsting for power.

It’s not healthy to be this grumpy all the time as it’s ages you poorly.
