I bet is yes its on borrowed time but you know how long it takes them to make decisions and actually do something. I'd imagine we get another 5 years at minimum before anything is placed there.

Nothing has been announced officially from Disney, I am still holding out hope for the AC vs. MC.

I mean, come on. You can't compare Tomorrowland Speedway to this attraction. Everything thing is different about it outside of the fact that its a car. The Speedway will be on the chopping block soon anyway, and for that I am grateful.

I feel like Indy is a necessity at the park purely from a capacity perspective. It's a people eater that HS doesn't have much of.

I certainly don't know their plans, but they would need to use that backstage area in order to make a sufficient land, so if AC is being considered, then that area would have to go in my mind.

There is a certain contingent that seems very confident this is going in AC and Muppets is safe (offices and parking deck will be demo'ed). Will certainly be interesting to see what direction they go in but to me AC is the logical choice on all fronts.

So much room to work with behind AC… demo the back offices and this becomes a fairly large land.

Wow, interesting. Not sure if that determines location, but good to know that was an old idea that they perhaps second guessed when they dusted off the idea.

Would seem little early to start talking about moving the offices considering they haven't submitted any permits yet.

Just have to be honest with yourself, petitions don't move the needle. The boat has sailed on this one as well, layyards are being built and permits being filed. We lost another one...

Yep, there would certainly need to be some work. It's also a smaller theatre, but id rather have that then no Muppet Vision at all.

If Muppets must go in HS, then I propose the current film as is, is moved to the Magic Eye Theatre and replace the shorts.

I'd imagine you could still keep mermaid and still have plenty of space for a monsters land. The key is if Disney wants to spend the money to relocate the back offices. If only the Lake Nona project was still a go.

Been saying this for years, what a waste of space. When the Door Coaster was first rumored years ago, my first thought was if that ever happened what a perfect space for a land there. It not only adds capacity but also disperses the crowds across the park fairly evenly.

I want to say that those will be staging areas for materials, off-site construction of show elements etc.

It will be truly disappointing if this is taking over Muppets. A new add (more capacity) is what DS has needed for years. You take away Muppets (and possibly Star Tours), you're going to exacerbate the issue. Not sure how imagineers can't see that.

From what I understand, the new Cars attraction would have a driver, driving the car as well.
