Time from Landing at MCO to Rides

Thanks guys, I was hoping I wasn't being too optimistic with that 12-1ish time frame. Glad to hear its do-able. My 6 year old insists that she must have a fast pass for Journey into Imagination with Figment, so we are going to go ahead and make that one for that "early" slot. lol

Time from Landing at MCO to Rides

I have three kids under the age of 6... what is the "relax" thing you speak of? (We're leaving the baby at home. Even we aren't insane enough to bring all 3.)

Time from Landing at MCO to Rides

Our flight arrives at MCO at 9:35am. We are going to hop on Magical Express to AKL, check in, leave our bags with bell services and head right to Epcot. We have a 4:55 Garden Grill ADR which I'm not worried about, but I want to book some fast passes before that ideally. What time do you think...

    Leaving the kids at home?

Our kids are 6, 4, and 18 months so I'm in your boat. Leave them at home and run!!!! We are taking the two big kids for a 5 day trip in August and leaving the baby with Grandma, which also has me feeling a bit guilty, but we'll get over it. I'm absolutely hoping to take an adult only trip one...

Obstructed Savannah "Standard" View at AKL

Definitely. We've been lucky with these partial views in the past and loved them (paying "standard" rates). Thanks! Just based off of touring plans, it looks like about half of the standard view rooms actually have obstructed views, this definitely makes me marginally more optimistic!

Obstructed Savannah "Standard" View at AKL

We've booked AKL standard view twice before and, by chance, we were given rooms that had "obstructed" savannah views. The views were so good that we thought we had been given a free upgrade, but a cast member told us it was actually just an obstructed view standard room. We've booked our third...

    Proof of Age?

Well since it was already bumped... Like I mentioned in that original post, my oldest kiddo has autism and we decided that she wasn't quite ready for the trip, so we pushed it out one more year and we went during the low crowd week following labor day as a just-turned-four year old and paid...

    WDW with feeding tube?

We were traveling at a different theme park with limited access to hot water, but generally speaking, traveling with kids with feeding tubes or requiring special feeding accommodations, such as thickened fluids, means a lot of planning ahead on the parent's part since most people are familiar...

Best strolling option for a 4 & 6 year old

We are taking our 4.5 and 6.5 year olds in August. The 4.5 year old is tiny and tires easily and definitely needs a stroller. We took her to the mall last week and she couldn't manage the car to a single store and back. I'm planning on taking our citi mini stroller for her. My 6.5 year old has...

    WDW with feeding tube?

My 18 month old has been tube fed on and off since birth (NG tube though, not G tube). Definitely do-able, but I'd suggest you have her stroller designated as a wheel chair. I personally would not separate from the feeding pack at all, I'd take it with you. I'm assuming its larger than the NG...

    Under 2 Buffet w/ Allergies

Well, I wasn't really super worked up about it, but thank you - I'm relaxed. I'm glad to hear that eating dairy & soy free is easy at Disney - it's tough out here in the real world. I knew they'd be able to accommodate, just wasn't sure if I should plan differently to pay a la carte somehow or...

    Under 2 Buffet w/ Allergies

My youngest will be 20 months old when we go to WDW and he has significant and serious food issues. He has an allergy to all dairy and soy products (soy is in everything) and has a swallowing disorder that limits some types of foods and drinks for him. My worry is the restaurants - we plan on...

    Deluxe DDP Credits Split

We would never do the DXDP normally because its too much food, but since we are splitting the credits among a larger party, our itinerary is to do two meals a day - mostly a character breakfast/lunch in the morning and then table service or character dining for dinner. A buffet at 10am, a sit...

    Deluxe DDP Credits Split

This is what I don't get, I've been traveling to Disney with the dining plan for years and have never seen this to be true, despite the fact that a lot of people hold this opinion. On multiple trips now, we've saved our receipts and tallied them up and saved a HUGE amount of money on the dining...

    Deluxe DDP Credits Split

Thanks, everyone, I appreciate the extra check. I get what you're saying @slappy magoo , I wouldn't attempt it if I wasn't able to handle the possibility that the day before my arrival disney decides that they're going to put their foot down on this loop hole. I get it. I think we'll almost...

    Deluxe DDP Credits Split

Yeah, I know. From what I've read, and @DisneyJoe seems to have verified, the credits are all pooled together in the system. It's been a while since I've gone, but I believe this has been a loophole for a while. Not sure why they haven't fixed this yet, but if they haven't, I'd like to take...

    Deluxe DDP Credits Split

I believe this is true for the regular dining plan, but since the deluxe dining plan only has one type of credit, this doesn't apply.

    Deluxe DDP Credits Split

That works for us since I don't think we'll be separate much, thank you!

Yikes, is that new? Can anyone second this?
