If you have time after checking into the Dolphin, there is a Guest Relations at the International Gateway entrance to Epcot that you could walk to. We are staying at the Beach Club in December and will need to go to Guest Relations right away as well and that is what we are planning on doing.

We used to dress our kids in bright colors (red, bright blue, pink, etc.) It is much easier to pick them out in a crowd then if they are wearing a grey shirt for example.
