    Ahsoka D+ Show (Spoiler Thread)

Disney has had a disappointing record of people loosing limbs in their star wars. In George’s era it happened all the time 😀✌️

    General Star Wars News

I guess the writing was on the wall when they sold the sand crawler building a couple of years ago. Still sad to see it closing, I just hope the staff find new jobs

    Ahsoka D+ Show (Spoiler Thread)

I’m enjoying it so far. I hope that we get to the far away galaxy soon, I wouldn’t want it to be like Force Awakwns with Luke and only have Ezra and Thrawn at the end to,lead into another series Its interesting to see who pops up in live action from Rebels, I didn’t expect clancy brown to be...

Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey vs Indiana Jones Adventure

Indy for me. It has a more basic premise- Jeep ride through ancient temple, that you can enjoy if you don’t know Indy, if you do it adds another level of fun. Potter was OK and I enjoyed it on a technical level but without a grounding in the franchise I was left not really understanding what it...

    Disneysea late arrivals help please

I’ve not been since 2019 but then the park emptied out after the nighttime show. We used to loop round and do a final few rides in a nice quiet park, it was one of my favourite times in the park. We normally did sindbad and maybe Indy, Journey or Raging Spirits - the steamer through mysterious...

Zach Riddley promoted to Global Creative Strategy Executive

Interesting I didn’t know Grimshaws were involved in Shanghai. I’ve worked with them on station projects in London. They are one of the better architects but like all designers they need input from the operators to make sure the final design is workable. Its a shame they aren’t involved at...

    Vegas is like Epcot

No it wasn’t like coronado springs or one of the other resorts like that when the sink was in an alcove or generally separated from the sleeping area & there is an actual room with the toilet and bath. Everything was basically in the bedroom - the sinks faced the beds with only the counter top...

How is the transportation for Hotel Plaza Blvd. hotels?

When we stayed at what was the grosvenor we sometimes used to get the bus from the then marketplace to the Polynesian or one of the crescent lake resorts and walk to the parks. We also went to Port Orleans and then got the boat back after eating and walking round the resort. Not sure how covid...

    Vegas is like Epcot

I’ve had that bathroom set up in quite a few hotels around the world but usually they have a blind or screen so you have a privacy option. The worst set up I had was the Hiroshima sheraton where the bathroom was part of the bedroom with just a door to the shower area and another for the toilet...

Zach Riddley promoted to Global Creative Strategy Executive

Completely off topic but the tiles on the original London tube stations were all different designs because a lot of victorians couldn’t read and navigated by knowing they got off at the station with the blue diamonds etc I actually think a tube themed restroom would be a fun idea especially if...

News Zootopia and Moana Blue Sky concepts for Disney's Animal Kingdom

South America and or the Pacific would make great additions. I’d really love to see a general land with a mix of IPs and non-IPs like we used to have rather than moana land or encanto land no reason why ‘Pacific land’ couldnt have Nemo and Moana attractions an Australian trail and a glass...

How difficult is the visa situation for Shanghai Disney?

You can have a 144 hour transit visa free through china if you are traveling to a different country (which can include Hong Kong or Maccau). It’s based on staying in one region so you could transit through Shanghai and have a 144 hour stay. It works so long as the country you arrive from is...

    Disneysea late arrivals help please

The routes change through the day, or did when I was there. Its a really nice ride at night as well. Last time we were there in 2019 we took the steamer from Arabian coast to Mediterranean harbour when we left the park, it was a nice way to end our trip

Then and Now - WDW Comparison Photos

This thread has brought back so many memories of happy family vacations with people no longer here. Thank you to everyone for sharing I‘ve not been to Florida for 24 years so I’m amazed by so many of the changes like no sparking lights in the Magic Kingdom trees and Dinosaur Gerty being closed...
