Another question, did you book thru the resort directly or use Airbnb or another internet site? We booked our room thru the resort directly. I read that they only own a few of the condos and the others are privately owned.

We have decided to stay offsite at Blue Heron Resort. Saved lots of $$$ and we are renting a 2 bedroom, 2 King Beds, 2 Bathrooms, Fireworks View (hope fireworks are back for the 50th). There are only 2 of us going now so we will have tons of room. Planning on spending one day just bumming...

We could stay at All Star Movies for $295.00 less than Pop. That is a good savings! I haven't stayed at an All Stars in years but it would be a good option since the nieces are wanting to go cheap!

Planning a trip (no kids) for last week of October and looking at economical trip this time. AOA Little Mermaid room and Pop Preferred Room are about the same rates. AOA is about $54 more for a 4 night stay. Never stayed at either one, I usually stay at Deluxe but with no discounts in October...

I was surprised by the fall rates also. Will have to wait later in the year to book when they offer a sale. Keep watching!

Never stayed at GF but have stayed at Poly numerous times. Always had a balcony in our standard room. Was upgraded to Club Level once and that was great! Love the theming and restaurants at Poly and the convenience with the monorail. It's just a happy place even just sitting in the lobby. I...

Those long wait times for rides has me rethinking October! The 50th celebration may make it more crowded even than spring break - who knows?? I was also looking at September, even though it is hotter, it will be less crowded and maybe better with the Covid.
