I'm sure there are as well. I bet there are even rides that you enjoy that others don't. I'm not for or against TLSpeedway going or staying but it's far from unsalvageable and even further from unpopular. A few tweeks and it will be just fine again.

This. The lack of respect everywhere seems to be increasing daily and Ive seen it across all educational, age and racial groups. People just generally cant seem to see past their own needs and wants anymore to the greater picture. Their trash is someone else's problem. Sad really.

Even if they didnt want to do the Door Coaster, clone the ride from Tokyo or even Cali, another family dark ride that would increase capacity and options for little ones and I would assume be more affordable. And I would absolutely love the Harryhausen's idea.

No doubt we would have. I would have loved even the Monsters Inc ride from Tokyo along with the alien spinners and maybe a restaurant or two. That being said, we will still enjoy TSL.

To the level of Disney or Universal though? I mean, i may be wrong but the suggestion appears to be that these coasters are no big deal and the level of theming can be found anywhere. Regardless, I disagree with your assertion.

I think the lacking part may be overblown as well. Not everything can or will be on the level of WWoHP, Pandora or SWE. MOST guests will probably love this land, as 'simple' as it may be.
