I overheard from 3rd shift custodial that something "bright that floats" is being installed near the castle. I'm guessing that's the fireworks balloon?

The rotating effect is working, you've probably just hit a rather unlucky (or lucky) streak.

There's been an issue with vehicles not "stalling" there and therefore the mist doesn't have enough time to regenerate, but the smoke itself has been working except for about an hour or so last week (which might have been when you went on?)

Obviously the cartoon part was cartoon. But after that, when they tried to have just the ceiling, it seemed... CGI.
