Personally think the drones should come to AK first. They got the space and need for it along with not being able to do fireworks. Plus doing the drones over the water would be really pretty.

Given that the one piece of concept art was dated 2020 I think it's likely they are still working on the new/updating concept art revealing where and what the final product would be.
