Huh? Footings don't have expiration dates. I suppose any exposed reinforcing could be corroded, but there are ways of addressing that. Otherwise they should be in the same condition as the adjacent footings that are in service. Not that they'll ever be used

Really? I'm an architect. Among other things I work in Corporate and Commercial architecture. That is the standard. It's called "Tenant Improvement Allowance" (TIA or just TI) and is negotiated at lease signing. There is also typically additional TI money at lease renewal.

On our recent trip to DL I was amazed at the CMs. They were excellent. When I asked the train conductor if we could get a picture of him with my son (who loves trains it was the first thing we went on, and went around the full trip) he was great - he switched hats with my son so we have pictures...

My son is 6 1/2 and will not do Splash or Big Thunder (he did them once each when younger) my nephew who is just a couple months older loves both. We did rider swap on BTMRR at DL and it worked out well so my wife and I could ride.
