How do we know that you won't be given a choice of wearing the bracelet or using an RFID-enabled card? I haven't read anything that says that this will be the only method. They must have alternatives for people that are missing limbs.

It looks to me like they tried to go for a dome-like illusion in the BOG ballroom. The edges of the painting look darker and they get lighter as they get to the center. Maybe when you are standing there, it will actually look sort of like a dome.
