How much does your average Disney World vacation cost?

$4500 to $5000 for me. Two of us in a moderate. That includes airfare. I am going to take a long break even though I could afford it. All my favorite rides are gone and the way things are changing it's just not Disney to me anymore. Might as well go to Universal.

    Masking Tape and the Environment

Or all the Chlorine they put in pools as it evaporates into the air. Terrible for the environment. All the asphalt they have which is like an oil spill everywhere. AND the massive amount of electric they use which the majority is generated using natural gas (fracking you know). You are...

    Walking Distance

Does anyone know the walking distances from say the American Pavilion at EPCOT to say the POP resort bus stop? Or from the bridge in front of the MK castle to the POP resort bus stop. Or any other distances you can think of. Just wondered how far I'm walking after a long day. I used POP...

What do men like most@MK? Husband coming for 1st visit.

I was on that ride in 1964 (it was annoying then). We took our boys when they were young (6 & 9). My DW said we are here we are riding it. I tried to warn her that song will be in your head all day. e did it. One of the few arguments I won.

What do men like most@MK? Husband coming for 1st visit.

Since I am a husband I can give my opinion on this. However, it would be better to list what I don't like. I don't like parades. You sit in the hot sun hours before only to see performers go by and you only catch part of a song. Shopping! Hate it. We travel all this way only to do...

Poll: For those who curbed visits or stopped visiting Disney Parks, what are your top reasons?

Oh you are right but that's the way it is. Kinda like all these people up in arms about what the use of oil does to our environment especially when spilled but say nothing about the millions of miles of roads made from asphalt (as it seeps into the ground).

Poll: For those who curbed visits or stopped visiting Disney Parks, what are your top reasons?

Just a little observation of ours when we visited the new Journey of Water. We were looking down into one of the pools of water and my DW says all the plants are fake to which someone replied "that's because there is so much clorine in the water nothing will grow." I chuckled about that, which...

Poll: For those who curbed visits or stopped visiting Disney Parks, what are your top reasons?

Just a little insight; you can use your Disney rewards toward the airline ticket even if you go to Universal.

Poll: For those who curbed visits or stopped visiting Disney Parks, what are your top reasons?

It was a toss up for me. CUT IN PERKS: The luggage pick up and the loss of Magical Express. I loved the idea of dropping off my luggage at my airport and have it arrive in my room. That meant that my relaxation/vacation started at my home airport. AND then all I had to do is get on the bus...

Can We Limit The Size of a Backpack

Inches? Those backpacks still out a foot and if someone turns around to talk to someone they often take a step back too. Don't argue with me on this if you haven't experienced it.

WDW's Space Mountain is REALLY bad

I'm a 68 year old male and rode it a few months ago. I thought it was fine and had no problems.
