    Aulani????

Went this March. Rainy. Temps in 60’s. I was told very atypical. I would not recommend rainy season, even if it is whale season. I’ve been a DVC member for 11 years. The facility is beautiful and staff very friendly. I was very disappointed in the meals. Their signature restaurant ran...

Best sit down restaurant at Epcot for young children?

Garden Grill would be a slam dunk. If you want a country, may I suggest Germany’s beer garden.. My daughter has loved dancing to the oompah band every time we go.

Mickey and the Magician coming to WDW?

Wait, So in the matter of 48 minutes we have gone from BatB replaced by a fairly well liked show to oh poop!.? WTH! At least this thread didn’t bring up the fact that the new Skyliner will not have airconditioning in an atttempt to activate park goers latent mutant genes.

Toy Story Land expansion announced for Disney's Hollywood Studios

I was one of those tweens who saw Star Wars on opening night a long time ago....... I LOVED it. It changed my world. I’ve always looked at Star Tours as Meah I deserve to slowly die for a thousand years in the bowels of Sarlac for that, I know.

    World of Disney expansion

My first time there was this March. What little part was open was bland. I assumed this was the new look.

    Whispering Canyon Change

Sorry to hear that. It was a pleasant surprise for me and my wife when we had gone. I think these performance meals are needed in the out of park sites to draw people out of the parks and spend money elsewhere and reduce crowds in the parks. As the World of Disney gets generic make over and...

    World of Disney expansion

I’m sure it’s gonna turn out like the store in Anaheim. That is a real shame because the Downtown Disney store is, in my opinion, bleah.

Artist Point is a fine dining experience. Wine selection from Pacific Northwest is excellent. I haven’t been there in a couple years but if they still have K Vineyards Syrah “Lucky No. 7” from Walla Walla Washington, do drink it. I have no vested interest in the company, just never forgot that...

    Whispering Canyon Change

Stuff like WC and Hoop de Doo are real Disney. Since the loss of Explorers club i don’t take any of these experiences for granted.

Star Wars Land announced for Disney's Hollywood Studios

Is there a priority list as to which may come first? Would the SWR need to be built before the new Epcot resort?

Who else here prefers a stay at a Value Resort versus a Deluxe?

We usually drive to WDW, but last June we flew and Uber’d. We stayed at Kidani. Our first day we did the buses: leaving in am to parks pleasant and quick, but the return trip was a misery. So, we started to Uber. It was $5-$10 depending where we went. No muss, no fuss and we were grateful at...

The Chit Chat Chit Chat Thread

There is a new condition called Alpha Gal that was first recognized in western Virginia about 6 years ago. Now it’s seen throughout the eastern US. It is an allergy to red meat and dairy. It comes from a virus spread by the lone star tick. A NEW allergy that never existed prior to maybe a...

    Immersive hotel theming?

I’ve got two thoughts about theming in WDW hotels. 1. More time in rooms equals less times in parks spending money. 2. The cost would be prohibitive to the average guest. Personally, I remember the first time on property. I was thrilled with the little touches, the hidden mickeys. Ten years and...

News New Gondola Transportation - Disney Skyliner -

Are we talking about whether the gondolas are conditioned for air travel, or air conditioning for the passengers? Still confused on that part.🤪
