I don't know if anyone has mentioned this, but I normally use Safari. I tried it a couple of times with no luck, and was able to book park reservations for most of my stay when I switched over to Chrome.

July dates, AP - I was able to get all but two days of our eight night stay (or three, if they are allowing park reservations on your check-out date.)

Back when I looked for an opening time for this new reservation system, I didn't see a time in any of the official Disney materials. Some people have suggested various places that it would like be 7am, but I didn't see anywhere that Disney did.

I believe the additional month is not going to be added until October. And unless you also have a resort reservation, you're scheduled to make park reservations on/after June 26th. Our dates are in July....but this could still end up being our fifth Disney cancellation this year.

I can only speak to my experience. We were at GF (hotel) with reservation dates shortly before the parks open. Both of the rooms Disney proposed for our new dates in July were DVC (VGF and Poly DVC) and both were more expensive than our original booking, and it was at our own cost.
