Now I agree!
Bring back the realistic attraction that featured time travel and smuggling a Dinosaur back to modern day in a jeep.
Enough of the fantasy stuff.
Why does there need to be a great transition? An archway/portal to Villains Land is all I need and, to be honest...is all we usually get.
I don't mean "Settling for less"...but there aren't great transitions between lands in MK now.
How do you know there won't be any animals? They mentioned in the Blue Sky presentation that one of the reasons they chose this region was its incredible array of different animals and plant life.
They still might not include real animals...but there is a chance.
"Tropical Americas" is an actual geographical designation
Tropical America boasts an incredibly diverse range of plant and animal life. Tropical America represents a region that includes all but the northernmost part of Mexico, all of Central America, and the northern two-thirds of South...
Disney has been telling fiction in the parks since 1955. AK originally was supposed to have Beastly Kingdom. Fiction will always be part of Disney.
I assume you mean IPs...Disney will always have IPs. Its the way of the world now. Everyone here is raving about Epic Universe as a potential...
A parking lot with dino-themed flat rides and carnival games stands out like sore thumb.
A lush land full of animals, trees, and cultural areas themed to a specific geographical area intune with the other lands (Africa, Asia) works. Even with IPs in there.
I hope this clears things up.
Considering the acreage is larger than California Adventure...
Why couldn't Disney grab 100 acres and clone a Carsland, Arrendale, Toy Story Land and Avengers Campus in one setting with a hotel and shopping? Seems a no-brainer.
Local population will prevent that. DFW and Texas would provide more people in the surrounding area to go to the park ala Disneyland.
Universal saw something in their recon work to warrant this build in North Texas.
Its things like this that create tourism...no one was going to central Florida prior to Disney.
The thing is its the 4th largest metro area in the USA. Plus a 3-4 drive from Austin/Houston.
Now Disney need to follow suit and build a similar, family park in that area based around four themed lands:
Pixar land, Star Wars Land, Fantasy Land and Avengers Campus.
Looks like a Jurassic Park area in the top left of the drawing with a coaster.
So most likely family coasters for kids under 40", flat and dark rides.
So could be fun for all.
