These passes are non-transferable. Therefore, if they are transferred, they are no longer valid. Why are you arguing this simple issue?

If the pass was purchased on ebay, it's not a 'valid pass'.

We have attempted to park and found no spots available in both handicap and diamond.

It matters because the Diamond lots serve as overflow for the handicap lots. Therefore, inappropriate parking in the Diamond lot could take away a parking spot from someone who actually needs it.

The AAA Diamond passes are non-transferrable and are not supposed to be sold. As such, just because you can buy something on ebay, doesn't mean that you should.
