Not sure about the details on that one to be honest. But someone getting hurt while trying to steal something is pretty open and closed in my book and from what I have seen from Florida law it would be there as well.

I am sure someone could sue but it seems to me Florida is a pretty common sense type of state when it comes to these matters and I would guess the lawsuit would not go forward long. Some other areas of the U.S. I have no doubt the lawsuit could progress sadly.

It's all personal preference IMO, I prefer real rides to some of the technology that Uni is using to build their newer stuff like Transformers for example. I am not saying it's not fun but I prefer the 7DMT and it's "realness" much more. Things like Belles Enchanted are much more enjoyable to me...

I think thats the issue, your looking for a solution from somebody else when it's your responsibility to provide one for yourself. Your the only one who's knows what your desire and capabilities are, you need to find a way to use those to better your situation. If your waiting for someone else...
