My wife packed the big halcyon model and the lightsabers (I got the ship one, my son the new Cal one) and I carried my carded SK figure in a disney bag on the plane with me so the card didn't get all bent up.
She walks around the room. I know because I was there this past weekend. People seemed to enjoy it.
She also does an acoustic set in the atrium. Don't worry - no pillars.

This is always odd for me to hear. 'old enough' is one thing - but is the happiness and joy of a 2-4yo at WDW somehow less because they won't remember it in 20 years? There's value in happiness on the day, I'd argue.
I would be very surprised if they did not build this in a modular style such that storylines/characters could be swapped out to change the experience enough to justify another trip. (if they originally designed branches were not enough)
I think it's funny that on the speculation thread many many many pages back there were people asking "where are you going to smoke?" and now that people are going it's "nobody seems to go there".

They put this in a place where you'll never be able to see it from the best view possible with the arcade building still there. I've always thought that.
